Group Exercise

We offer group exercise classes for most age groups. We have had a 98-year- old member attend Sit and Stand class and we invite members as young as 8 years old to participate in any class with a guardian. The levels of intensity range from beginner to advanced. As instructors help guide and motivate you, they provide modifications as needed.

Advanced Sit & Stand

Participants who have progressed in his or her fitness level will have the opportunity to utilize more equipment for resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. A chair is provided. You choose your intensity level. If you are able to sit and stand without pushing off with your hands, if you have good balance, and if you have been using free weights for resistance training for at least a few months, then you are ready for this class.

Balance & Flow Fitness

Consider this class a Pilates-style class with a chair. We learn poses and movements that will increase your balance and train your muscles to control your body weight and to do functional activity with ease. With improved balance and strength, your body tends to move and flow more efficiently.

Beginner Sit & Stand

Meet in the group exercise room where chairs are provided for each participant to work muscle groups and improve circulation. Each participant will learn to move and tone muscles and improve circulation. A chair is provided. If you have not worked out recently, if you have joint problems, or if you have limitations in your movements, then this class is for you. Do what you can and then learn to progress as you chose to do more of the exercises offered.

Build & Burn

This Build & Burn routine pairs heavy/medium weights with low reps, the perfect power couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to torch body fat and sculpt your body. This class is suited for all levels and will help you reach your fitness goals.

Cardio Kickboxing

Punch and kick your way to improving your fitness level. We add some resistance exercises during this hour of power to get you to your fitness goals faster.

H.I.I.T. Interval Training

Are you ready to shake up your workout? This class gets your heart rate up with cardiovascular movements and then works your muscles in your upper body, lower body, and midsection. We alternate between cardio and muscle training; you choose your intensity level. You will find that you will progress in your strength and stamina if you commit to at least two interval training workouts each week.
