CLASSES

Group Exercise

We offer group exercise classes for most age groups. We have had a 98-year- old member attend Sit and Stand class and we invite members as young as 8 years old to participate in any class with a guardian. The levels of intensity range from beginner to advanced. As instructors help guide and motivate you, they provide modifications as needed.

Advanced Sit & Stand Fitness

Participants who have progressed in his or her fitness level will have the opportunity to utilize more equipment for resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. A chair is provided. You choose your intensity level. If you are able to sit and stand without pushing off with your hands, if you have good balance, and if you have been using free weights for resistance training for at least a few months, then you are ready for this class.

Balance & Flow Fitness/Yoga

Taught from a Christian perspective focusing on the One True God! Includes traditional yoga poses, breathing and gentle stretching that improve flexibility, strength, balance, and posture.

Beginner Sit & Stand Fitness

Each participant will move and tone muscles which helps improve circulation. A chair is provided. If you have not worked out recently, if you have joint problems, or if you have limitations in your movements, then this class is for you. Do what you can and then learn to progress as you chose to do more of the exercises offered.

Build & Burn

This Build & Burn routine pairs heavy/medium weights with low reps, the perfect power couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to torch body fat and sculpt your body. This class is suited for all levels and will help you reach your fitness goals.

H.I.I.T. Interval Training

This class gets your heart rate up with cardiovascular movements and then works your muscles in your upper body, lower body, and midsection. We alternate between cardio and muscle training; you choose your intensity level. You will find that you will progress in your strength and stamina if you commit to at least two interval training workouts each week.

Build It (Partner Up)

Come join us for a Partner Up Class! Tone, Endurance, and Strength Training class. Total body conditioning class that includes dumb bells as well as various combinations of kettlebells, medicine balls, BOSU, and body weight.
